14-day refund
If you are not happy with your pass, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase or of a renewal, for any reason.
How to ask
Reply to your purchase receipt email, or use the refund link in it. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
After a refund
The spots unlocked by that pass lock again once the refund is processed.
After 14 days
Passes are not refundable after 14 days, except where the law requires it or a technical problem on our side stopped you from using the pass.
