Looking for a romantic hotel in Israel for a couples' weekend or a honeymoon? These are the 10 hotels we'd book for two: spa resorts in the Galilee and on Mount Carmel, boutique hotels in old stone buildings in Akko, Jaffa and Jerusalem, and desert hotels facing the Ramon Crater and the Arava.
For a quiet stay without children, Carmel Forest Spa Resort only takes guests aged 16 and over. Mizpe Hayamim in Rosh Pina is the classic couples' choice in the north, and at Beresheet in Mitzpe Ramon the rooms and pools face the crater.
